The Drunken Unicorn is an additional room of MJQ located at 736 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Atlanta, Georgia 30306 beneath Friends On Ponce. Our door is on the opposite side of MJQ’s entrance next to the unicorn mural.

Door times ARE listed with each event on the Events Calendar.
For performances - First artist starts 30 mins after doors open. If there are four acts the first performer starts 15 mins after doors open.
Band set lengths: Openers: perform around 25 – 30 minutes; Headliners perform for more than 30 minutes.

Please provide links to your promotion page with your booking request. The type of party and music you plan to have WITH music that can be streamed on the page AND listeners do NOT have to like the artist to stream the music is preferred. A list of previous events with a photo and/or video recap.
If you do not receive a reply within one week it is because we can not accommodate you in the room at that time or you did NOT provide adequate links to your music.
Please provide as MUCH information as possible about what you want to book as well.
It is advised that musicians and events do NOT play other local shows (within I-285 – the perimeter) within ten dates of their Drunken Unicorn date.

Load in is 2 hours before doors open.

If an earlier loadin time is desired we have to know at least ONE week in advance and it will result in an increase in production fees.
Keep in mind there is a 1 hour time change (LOSS) if you are driving here from west of Atlanta because we are on EASTERN STANDARD TIME. (Alabama, Mississippi, Lousiana, Texas, Tennessee, western Kentucky, western Florida etc. etc.) You will be late!

Hotel Clermont - Historic boutique hotel in the heart of Atlanta, GA ~ Rooftop is open 7 days a week. The lounge
downstairs is a great place to relax with some classy ladies and a PBR after the show.
